aural mouth 225x300 2257 Regs The Aural EditionI know that from time to time, it just gets too exhausting reading blog after blog to get your information. My previous posts about the 2257 Regulations, and the new changes in particular, were done with a “Reader’s Digest Condensed Book” / “Cliff Notes” format in mind, but you sometimes can’t condense it quite enough when you’re talking legalese.

So, I was able to find a wonderful radio interview on SiN2.0’s podcast between host J-SiN and Lawrence G. Walters of FirstAmendment.com. Walters, of Weston, Garrou, Walters, and Mooney, talks about what the new Department of Justice revisions to the 2257 regulations really mean to webmasters and site owners. This is a very important topic as it effects almost everyone who may be reading this blog who is in the online adult industry. It covers SIMULATED adult content (whether that’s soft-core or not) as well (yup, it’s not just for hard-core sites any more).

The podcast is about 40 minutes long…so grab a cup or glass of whatever, settle back, and take notes…
