I took a look at the actual legalese that is the Title 18 U.S.C Section 2257. Like most legalese, it is hard to read, is extremely cumbersome to understand, and makes you wonder if the courts come up with the confusing wording on purpose.

One of the appeals for the Lords case went before the United States Supreme Court. Congress had no choice, due to public outcry, but to pass legislation “imposing certain obligations on the producers of graphical representations of actual, explicit sexual conduct”.

That’s exactly why it is important now, more than ever, to make sure that your product, whatever it is, is marketed and sold on the internet. The internet will HELP you sell your product to as many people as possible, in as many countries as possible.
