Some things seemed clever tools on other online stores in the past, but are probably not only unnecessary, but cause problems and frustrations for potential customers.
I talked about how to use good customer service skills to entice customers through your online store. Today I’d like to continue talking about that, with some extra steps that are beneficial to maintaining customer loyalty.
Customer service is always going to be important, regardless of what type of business you’re in. It doesn’t matter if you’re selling widgets, a service, or viewable entertainment – you are always going to interact with customers in one way or another if you are looking to make a profit.
Instead of dwelling on what might not be, or thinking about losses, try to plan for the worst case scenario in regards to your content and how it can be marketed.
That’s exactly why it is important now, more than ever, to make sure that your product, whatever it is, is marketed and sold on the internet. The internet will HELP you sell your product to as many people as possible, in as many countries as possible.
Opportunity costs to create some forms of social/peer networking sites such as blogs will be moderate enough to allow many people to get into the targeted traffic business. Best of success to all who jump into the fray! It will be a wild ride.
