If you Twitter/Facebook/MySpace your brand in a way that is so direct people will ignore it for the spam it is, you are not only wasting the end-users time, you are wasting your employers time and money.

Never bueno.

Harlequin on the other hand gently takes your hand and leads you away from the Neon Lights and the Gimme Gimme attitudes.  It takes you to a place, buys you dinner, asks questions about you, makes you laugh, then, after awhile, it might ask you about what they really wanted.

I love the analogy is what i guess that whole thing was supposed to say.
