Affiliates struggling to earn $100 a month often find it hard to believe that other people could possibly earn as much as $10,000 or even $100,000 a month in commissions. Believe it. Big commissions do happen.

If you’re going to use affiliates as a money-making venture, then you’re going to not only have to increase the traffic to your site, but you’re going to have to make the affiliate something that a visitor is going to want to click on, and then make a purchase from. Marketing is so important in any field that you are in. I have to market myself, my sites, my blog, and my Clips4Sales site, but I do take the time to market as an affiliate too. I went about mine in a different way.

Make sure that the affiliate programs that you endorse and promote is in addition to what you’re selling. Let them be the cherry on the sundae…but make sure that you’re still the sundae.
