From time to time, I’m going to be posting advice from members of Women In Adult (WIA), the industry’s premiere organization to promote and advocate women’s diverse roles in adult entertainment through a series of annual workshops, trade show events and other social gatherings.

I hope that by reading these profiles that you’ll understand that “women in adult” doesn’t always mean bubble-headed naked girls who have nothing else to offer. These ladies prove over and over again that brains are indeed sexy!

What advice would you give other women who want to enter your field?

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Stay professional. This is a fun business and there are ample opportunities to party, but the bottom line is it is a business. I’ve seen a lot of people come and go in this industry. Don’t take it for granted. One bad show can cost you your reputation and in a relation-based industry, reputation is EVERYTHING.
