@CeCe - I don't agree. A lot of people thought the same thing about BDSM - and most companies only shot skinny models for that reason. But PaddedKINK (my site) is a perfect example of a ultra- or micro-niche - BBW BDSM.

There are companies that do wardrobe for plus-size girls and guys. Similarily, there are costume companies that create costumes for the plus-size market. With so many people becoming plus-sized, the need for BBW and BHM costumes is also increasing. Why NOT make a company that specializes in the plus-size costume market?

I think that any two (or three, or more) niches can be mixed. Want to make a site that is all about short BBWs who are into skinny Mexican wrestlers who are also into pie-throwing? It might be a really small niche, but trust me, there's a market for everything ;)

So, what happens if you're in two niches that don't mix? What if you're a BBW who also costumes? BBW is for big girls, but the costuming niche has only twig lovers for an audience? How do you win?
